All about the Mathraki rooms
Our room are well equipped and always fresh clean. All rooms have a small kitchen area and a large balcony that is always overlooked by the sun. The studios have 2 single beds and space for a third small one. The apartments have a room with a double bed and a second room with 2 single beds.

The studios are well equipped. You will find everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. Broken or damaged equipment are always fixed or replaced immediately.

About the tap water
Tap water is clean and regularly checked. For safety reason you are not to drink tap water. The pool bar sells bottled water so you wont have to go far to buy. Cooking with tap water is perfectly safe.

Our balconies
All rooms have large balconies, they are all separated from each other to provide privacy. All the balconies have their table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy a meal or just your coffee under the beautiful Greek sun, which will cover them most of the day.

Our studios advantages.
The Mathraki studios are built in a way to keep you cool on the hot summer days and they offer lots of room for your own comfort. They are equipped with almost everything you will need. A fully operational kitchen area with electric water heater for fast coffees or tea, small but functional oven with cooker. There is nothing that will not fit in the large closets, two spacious single beds will guarantee you have a nice and peaceful sleep.

The WC
WC's are always clean since the maid will clean it every day. They are equipped with shower curtain, bathmat, clean towels i.e.. Hot water is always available during the day and night hours. Toilet paper is always replaced.

The cleaning is one of our first and most important standard. The maid will go thru the rooms every day. She will empty the rubbish bins and do any other cleaning needed. Towels will be changed two times a week but if considered necessary they will be change immediately. Sheets are changed once a week but if considered necessary they also will be changed immediately. Balconies are also checked swept or mopped. Hallways are kept clean, the pool area is washed every day and sun beds are checked and cleaned.

The pool bar
The bar and kitchen area where the snacks are prepared are always cleaned. Snacks, food and drinks are looked after so they are always fresh.
